If you made payment via "Credit Card or Debit card" on our website.. Great you don't have to do anything but wait for the booking confirmation you will receive from us once approved.
Need to cancel your party or event and can't change your date or time? No problem! We refund in full for cancelations made more than two weeks prior to your party date. If you need to cancel your event less than 14 days prior to the date we refund at 75% of the full event price.

24 Hours prior to your booking you will receive an SMS from us with the booking details and entertainers contact number.
Arrival
Your entertainer is scheduled to arrive 10 minutes prior to your party start time. If running late for any reason they will call you.
