Notifications
You will receive two reminder notifications from us: The first one via email 3 days prior to your event and the second one 24 hours before your party by SMS - With your entertainers contact number.
Arrival Time
We schedule all our entertainers arrival times 10 minutes prior to the party start time. If due to an unforeseen circumstance they are running late they will call to notify you.
